In society today for whatever their reasons, people are afraid to speak out. They’re afraid to speak out against noisy neighbours, afraid to speak out against mindless thugs but most of all afraid to speak out against governments who take away the rights of the individual, by passing new laws repressing the freedoms of their people.
The suddenness and depth of the recession has raised questions about the workability of capitalism not seen since the 1930s. One of the constraints on recovery is the growing belief that if the old model did not work, we carry on as before as there is no new one on offer. This blog sets out to argue the fact that society is flawed and that governments really don’t know what they are doing. It also argues that the peoples rights and fairness must be placed at the heart of society and be fair and equal for all. The people are the ones who decided and the individual are the ones who count.
